The majority of our investment and development projects are carried out in partnership with others. Our key investment & development partners are listed on the right.

We started our development activities in the late 1980s, working on a number of high profile projects with Stanhope Plc. One of these early projects, One London Wall, was subsequently successfully planned and implemented in joint venture with Hammerson Plc. Development partnerships remain an important way of sharing skills and spreading risks, particularly on larger projects.

A number of our property investments are held jointly with Japanese clients. Kajima provides the skills and local contacts necessary to access the London market and shares the investment risks and returns. London remains a particular focus for international property investors.
